This page describes the data Bashkatp handles and the services it uses to operate.
Data
The service handles your mobile number, email address, and the business data you enter, such as invoices, customers, branches, and staff.
Where data is stored
Service data is stored on Google Cloud and Supabase in Frankfurt, Germany.
Operational services
Mobile number verification messages are sent through Whysms. Firebase is used for app notifications.
Retention
After a paid subscription ends, business data remains available for viewing and export for 6 months. After a free trial, the period is 3 months. Business data and its audit records are then deleted; subscription and payment records are retained for accounting.
