Request account deletion

You can request account deletion on WhatsApp until an in-app deletion option is available.

1. Message us on WhatsApp and ask to delete your Bashkatp account.
2. Include the mobile number on the account and the business name so we can identify it.
3. We will review the request and handle account data according to the retention periods below.

What is deleted and what is retained?

Business data and its audit records are deleted after the retention period: 6 months after a paid subscription ends, or 3 months after a free trial ends. During this period the account is view and export only. Subscription and payment records are retained for accounting.
